Job title: Sales Support

Working: Ho Chi Minh

Responsibilities:

• Composing and make documents issuing to report (strategy, quotation, proposal, contract etc., MS office)
• Support for Sales representative (Korean Directors) – interpretation and translating, Market survey
• Prepare tender document; make a quotation, contract, payment, and sales report.
• Meet with existing and potential clients regularly and listen to their requirements or collect information and make a concrete relationship.
• Support to prepare for client demos; work with the delivery team to develop a solution proposal that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, technology solution option, and recommendations in addition to price estimates.
• More details of work shall be discussed at the interview

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidate must have background of IT/ Software Industry and Sales Support Experience
• Fluently Korean – writing, speaking and listening 
• Good computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), E-mail and Internet
• Outgoing, Positive, Challenging, Achievement-Oriented mind owner
• Ability to work hard under pressure and enthusiastic
• Good personality, Sales-motivated, and Service- minded
• Can work independently and work as a team
