Our client is one of the largest investor in property , currently seeking for :

Position : Senior Architecture

Salary : US$3.000 - US$5.000

Accountabilities : 

• Complete all drawings, specifications and estimates necessary for successful bid and construction.
• Participate in all phases of projects from scope development, schematic design and contract documents through construction administration and project closeout.
• Direct and manage work on in-house projects and supervise consultants to produce complete, thoughtful, sustainable and technically excellent designs.
• Coordinate multiple technically complex projects simultaneously. Maintain accurate project data and manage project milestones to ensure timely completion of work.
• Conduct reviews of Architecture design and construction documents to obtain a clear understanding of the project scope and requirements. Develop list of questions and concerns as required to communicate in writing with PM, PD, consultants, suppliers and contractors.
• Develop requests for proposals to obtain architectural or engineering consultant services as necessary.
• Supervise and mentor junior architectural staff. Review documents for constructability and bid readiness.
• Conduct site inspections of construction projects as directed to ensure compliance with design documents.
• Actively contribute to the architecture unit’s development of production standards and systems.

Job Requirement: 

• At least 10 years in practice post qualification.
• Ability to lead project teams internally and design teams externally, define and manage key deliverables.
• Fluency with current contractual and statutory planning requirements.
• Experience through all stages of a project from inception to completion.
• Excellent design skills.
• Excellent AutoCAD skills& BIM knowledge.
• Ability to hand draw & demonstrate ideas quickly & fluidly for project.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Excellent data management skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Willingness to do some travelling for work.
