Responsibilities:

• Support engineering for B2B projects
• Manage training centres for both its facilities and training programs, schedule training plans and execute them as a trainer
• Be a technical control tower work with Sales and CS engineers
• Support A/C B2B projects from specs-in to bidding and installation to handover
• Survey for market demand, market trend, new technologies, regulations and competitors’ line-up/activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electric Engineering
• 5 - 8 years sales engineering (Project Engineering) / Customer Services Department
• Full understanding for air conditioning cooling cycle
• Experienced in air conditioner installation inspection, noise & vibration simulation & other (CFD, LCC and so on)
• Good at PC operating, MS programs
• Excellent in troubleshooting and finding root cause for any air conditioning technical issues
• Developed communications plans, execute and measure results
• Excellent  planning and organization skills and the ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects
• Ability to understand and articulate technology-driven messages
