Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating a register for the safekeeping of all contracts and agreements once they
  • are signed;
  • Maintaining and updating a register for the safekeeping of all business certificates and LUR certificates;
  • Acting as a legal backup for different functions within the Company by delegation to ensure the Company’s compliance to statutory
  • Reviewing external commitments entered into on behalf of the Company by its authorised representatives by delegation
  • Representing the Company in court case dealing by delegation
  • Supporting Senior Legal Manager to do the assessment of ICF (Internal Control Framework)
  • Updating related business regulatory and statutory where required
  • Dealing with other legal related issues as delegated by direct supervisor from time to time, including but not limited to: reviewing schemes and notice on advertisements/promotions; preparing documents for submitting to authorised bodies for business certificates...

Requirement:

  • Law degree, with knowledge of Civil law, Commercial law, Companies Act
  • Lawyer certificate is a plus
  • Age range: 28 - 35 is preferred
  • Proficient in English
  • Minimum 4 - 5 years working experience;
  • Working for a multi-national company (FMCG) as an in-house lawyer is a plus
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Revamp and enhance all available channels of internal communication
  • Standardize internal communication channels nationwide
  • Build up the layout and structure of intranet
  • Manage all the information and corporate message on intranet
  • Manage the creation and structure of new sites within company guidelines
  • Manage permissions within company mandate
  • Increase site awareness & communication
  • Support site design and site creation    
  • Site theme & look & feel is kept fresh and up to date
  • Build up other new internal communication channels aiming to sales force  

Internal Events Planning and Organizing

  • Internal events are executed monthly/quarterly/annually within budget and according to specific requirements
  • Improve the standard, scope and impact of internal event to business
  • All internal events are executed optimally within cost, quality and time requirements
