Joining SmilesCard as Marketing Manager, you has responsible for Developing and maintaining marketing strategies for company services; Evaluate research, market conditions, competitors and implement marketing plan; Oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional marketing staff and activities. With the detail as follow:

  • Responsible for all marketing activities of company services to the right public market.
  • Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the business development.
  • To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media.
  • Find the trends of marketing in online, offline, digital marketing and/or viral marketing for implementing the marketing plan.
  • To managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Working with all departments for its execution.
  • To analyze potential strategic partner relationships for service lines.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

Job Requirement

  • Approximately 2-3 years of marketing manager in the service industry and/or experience with a company in a related company sector.
  • A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Creative thinking and solving problem are the first requirement.
  • Truly love career and responsibility. Work well in high pressure.
  • Good in communication (English fluently), good appearance and professional working behavior.
  • Dynamic, enthusiasm, creativity and ability to solve practical problems.

Priority:

  • Good business relationship in some areas F&B, Entertainment, Fashion, Beauty Care, Hospitality. Experience in business development of e-Commerce or Customer Relation.
  • A proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.

Taiwanese invested company in Vietnam since 2002, textile mill vertical supplier for many global brand customer exporting to EU and USA.  Vertical production from knitting, dying, finishing, printing, and garment manufacturing. all facilities are located in a 90,000sqm. We are expending garment manufacturing, there will be another 30,000sqm of 2 building factory will be ready by end of this year, for sure the right candidates are important to meet our growth.  

Requirement

  • been trained and experience in Lean manufacturing,VSM, and related training tools(such as PDCA…)
  • with proven achievement in related role.
  • at least 6 years of working experience in related role.(in garment factory)
  • good knowledge of IE garment.
  • prefer Chinese/Mandarin or English spoken and written.
  • Well experience to handle quality issue and identify root caused, then provide solution how to prevent and improve

Role & responsibility:

  • Manage and establish quality system for garment production, from material warehouse to finish goods.
  • lead QA  team
  • defect rate analysis and goal setting 
  • implement “right at first time” 
  • problem solving at cutting, sewing quality.

 1. New supplier/application

- Work closely with Marketing and Procurement from designing/proposing appropriate materials to trial in production of new supplier/application for products/promotion programs as per plan.

- Leading testing agenda/follow-up for all packaging application at respective plant; with technical support to ensure productivity improvement.

- Summarize and extract report with precise data to get approval for mass production at all plants in VN.

 

2. Current supplier/application

- Build necessary procedures: standard packaging guideline, and quality control process for new packing/application for all plants.

- Review all packaging standard and quality process quarterly.

- Provide technical support -  trouble shooting in packaging manufacturing at both Company and Co-packer plants.

- Conduct auditing suppliers and testing annually to make sure compliance with requirements

- Deal with customer complaints (internal and external) related to packaging of all VN.

 

3. Lab equipment

- Make guideline on lab equipment

- Be in charge of lab set-up for all plants.

 

4. Others

- Lead the training agenda on packaging testing methods for internal and external (suppliers).

- Ensure packaging appearance (CO2 retention, TA, Brix,...) met with all requirements for all products.

- Consolidate information from internal and external customers to propose packaging quality improvements.

 

Qualifications

 - Bachelor degree in Engineering or other related technical field;

- 02 years of relevant experience in Packaging;

- Good knowledge on Production/ Maintenance;

- Knowledgeable on Food Safety, GMP;

- Good communication & negotiation skill;

- Leadership and determination to drive results;

- Work under high pressure;

- Good English for communication and understanding technical documents;

Role:

Manage the procurement of marketing services and goods of SPVB, ensuring security and flexibility of supply, appropriate quality, and the introduction of innovations, complexity reduction and lowest total acquisition cost.

Accountabilities:

·         Deliver significant competitive advantage to SPVB through the generation and management of centralized procurement of marketing services and goods

·         Analyze financial and market data, to build and maintain marketing purchase knowledge to ensure that procurement proactively manages the goods portfolio. Provide interface between marketing team and supplier community for validation of latest technological developments.

·         Work with media mangers to advise on appropriate level of media agency resources to deliver the objectives in each area of buying, planning, scheduling and reporting.

·         Evaluate supplier performance of campaigns via continuous measurement and tracking.

·         Manage marketing budget to ensure optimization and efficiency

·         Generate and utilize procurement reports to identify and fix potential cost issues.

·         Collaborate with other functions as appropriate to support P2P process

·         Work close with marketing managers to  get knowledge of events and trends that directly impact and influence consumer behavior and media habits to enhance  quality procurement of goods and services

·         Continuously build and maintain business relationship with  key suppliers

Qualifications

·         At least 5 years experiences in procurement knowledge of FMCG

·         Knowledge of procurement Management Processes and tools

·         Good at negotiation, communication and presentation skill

·         Good analytical and strategic thinking
