Job Title: Packaging & Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Working time: Monday to Saturday from 08:00 am – 17:00

Responsibility

• Input-Output management
• Inventory management
• Warehouse arrangement
• Packaging management
• Documents management
• Forklift driver staff coordination
• Update data in ERP system

Requirements:

Education

• Vietnamese with College degree up
• Good in English, Chinese is preferred
• Professional warehouse management
• Inventory & warehouse management qualification
• Good working of office software
• Good attitude and behavior

Experience in Warehouse

• Warehouse Sup experience is a must
• Minimum 3 years working experience in foreign companies
• Solid background in professional inventory, warehouse management
• Excellent first in & first out management
• Ability to work independently and under high pressure in a team spirit

Experience in Packaging

• Packaging Sup experience
• Solid background in professional packaging management

Skills

• Good interpersonal /intercultural skills
• Good communication, negotiation and project management
• Conceptual thinking, but the strong action and results oriented
• Excellence in regression analysis, logic, statistics, data skill
• Conceptual thinking, but the strong action and results oriented
• Continuous improvement and speed & simplicity mindset
• Deliver short-term result in a long-term perspective
