Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with material developers to identify and develop new upper and sole materials for use in worldwide footwear products.
- Seek out new trends and performance opportunities for both upper/sole materials and footwear techniques through discussions with suppliers, visits to trade shows and research.
- Work directly with trend and forecast agencies to present new concepts to Advance Concept team in Lawrence.
- Work with factories to test and develop new concepts into real samples.
- Follow up on any initiatives from AC team in NBC.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet advanced concept team’s expectation.
- Actively collaborate with Advanced Concept Team in Lawrence, manage and oversee the development of AC projects in NBC on a seasonal basis.
- Hold teardown meetings and sample review for AC projects with factories, to make early recommendations on AC design and processing, provide solutions to potential manufacturing issues.
- Monitor the tests / trials in shoe / sole factories on the new process of AC projects, provide timely feedback to AC team in Lawrence.
- Confirm tools for both upper and bottom of AC projects.
- Check AC samples before sending them back to ensure quality meeting functional expectations.
- Help AC team in setting up the spec and standards with regards to new advanced product.
- Insure proven and tested readiness of new technologies and methods prior to production.
Job Requirements:
- At least 10 years' relevant work experience with Bachelor Degree or above.
- Fluent oral and written English with proficiency in MS office.
- Knowledge of a wide range of plastic materials and processing; including injection molding, blowmolding, compression molding.
- Good analytical skills in solving problems that arise in development and commercialization
- Anticipates next steps in project and thinks ahead.
- Seeks multiple paths in exploring solutions
- Knowledge of tooling design and equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and verify issues on factory-floor.
- Creative approach to development of new technologies- ability to work with suppliers to get cutting edge products and ideas developed for our team
- Passion for developing new products and technologies
- Excellent follow- through in written and verbal communications.
- Experience should ideally be 5-10 years in industry
- Formal technical / engineering degree is preferred.

Qualification:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Very Good knowledge in using AutoCAD and Revit software
- Good in English speaking, and can make correspondence in English as well.

Experience:

Senior MEP Engineer (Office) – 2 person

Qualification:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Possess a Construction Supervision License issued the MOC.
- Good knowledge to use CAD, Revit and have a good understanding in BIM modelling

Experience:

- Must have at least 4-years solid experience in construction management/supervision, testing and commissioning of the different MEPF services.

Job Title: Order Management Specialist
Direct Report to: Business Operations Manager
Work Location: NB Vietnam Office
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely delivery of all Ex-Asia finished shoe and component production orders.
- Liaison with source factories and U.S. based Production Planning & Procurement Team as well as the counterparts in Vietnam.
- Coordinate production/delivery schedules with source factory production planners.
- Evaluate and resolve issues relating to production orders.
- Monitor and communicates issues related to new style introductions as they affect XF dates.
- Approve weekly OAT payment schedules.
- Offer guidance with Letter of Credit Resolution.
- Provide back-up support to the Compliance Specialist.
- Liaise with U.S. based Production Planning & Procurement Team as well as the counterparts in
- Europe , Japan and the source factories for any xPC business process issue.
