Job title: Planning Leader
Reports to: Factory Manager
Roles & responsibilities:
- Manages the production planning functions including development, maintenance and execution of the master production schedule and maximizing plant resources to meeting demand
- Organizes and coordinates various sections of manufacturing
- Follows up performance against estimates
- Manages effective and serviceoriented planning functions to ensure that correct procedures are established and adhered to achieving the maximum return possible on customer orders while continually improving responsiveness, reliability, and service (may coordinate inside sales activities with customer service staff)
- Manages the purchasing and material planning functions in the planning and procurement of raw materials, equipment, tooling, purchased parts, supplies and services as required to execute the master schedule
- Optimizes all purchases as major way to reduce costs
- Directs activities of inventory control
- Instrumental in continuous improvement activities through research, benchmarking and identification of improved methods or tools to increase efficiency
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree in related field, work experience in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good presentation and explanation
- Language: English in business level
- Experience: Functional/technical knowledge, skills and abilities
- Performs tasks requiring advance proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Must be able to work with diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds

Production Manager

- Oversee the production process, draw up production schedules;
- Ensure that production is cost-effective, timely and of good quality;
- Respond for production planning and keep up to date with production methods and technology.
- Manage the adherence to prescribe procedures and ensure first pass quality meets or exceeds planned goals;
- Draft a timescale for the job; estimate costs and set quality standards;
- Co-operate with related Departments to meet target of factory plan and deliver finish goods on time
- Follow up with warehouse and purchasing to make sure all resources (material, tools and machine) adapt production requirement.
- Work with maintenance team to maintain all machines and tools working in good condition.
- Ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedure;
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed;
- Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs;
Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices;
- Liaise among different departments, e.g. Suppliers, managers;
- Manage production report, solve problem if have and report to General Manager, Plants about production situation.
- Work with General Manager, Plants and head of other department to implement the company's policies and goals;
- Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedures for all production operations;
- Supervise and motivate a team of workers; review performance of subordinates;
- Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development training/ coaching to achieve objectives;
Requirement:
• University Degree of Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years experience as Production Manager in mechanical and fabrication factory.
• Strong leadership skill.
• Good organizational and planning skill.
• Good problem solving skill and decision making skill.
• Have knowledge about people management, costing and budgeting, stock management.
• Strong command of English.

Finance Controller/ Assistant Finance Controller

Responsibilities:
· Interpret and analyze the measurement, monitoring and actions for performance and productivity improvement to ensure operational KPI’s are met
. Use existing tools and methodology to conduct in-depth analysis to identify issues, problems and opportunities
· Prepare detailed analytical reports on findings and list of possible corrective action
Keep track of actions that are taken to address identifies problem areas and monitor performance for improvements
· Ensure performance reports are produced according to specifications and distributed according to the agreed timetable, Crisis Management
· Identify crisis situation and communicate potential resolution to Managers
· Maintain accurate balance on GL of Assets/Liabilities/Revenue and Expenses
· Conduct period-end G/L close as per company standard
· Complete G/L accounts reconciliation on periodically basis
· Complete tax filing for company and individual
Requirements:
· University graduate. BSc degree in Finance, Accounting preferred;
· Capable in analyzing existing environments in order to identify improvement opportunities. 10 years well-rounded finance and accounting experience, 5 years of which in managerial capacity with international/global companies. Holding Chief Accountant Certificate.
· Detailed understanding of accounting standards, import tax, withholding tax;
· Confident self-starter, quick-learner, assertive about tracking down information and asking questions. Must take initiative to learn tasks and perform work independently;Strong work ethic;team player
