Description
Report to: Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Is responsible for the management of our client's product - although this portfolio is subject to change depending on the needs of the business
- Define the market by obtaining a clear understanding of environmental factors and key stakeholder requirements
- To be continuously alert for any changes to these requirements, using IT based reporting methods, interpersonal networks and other sources of market intelligence
- To develop, deliver and monitor the product strategy and KPI's
- Be involved in the creation of clinical research projects along with medical and regulatory team colleagues Maintain contact through the trial and action outputs in support of the product strategy
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a high degree of product knowledge which is regularly updated via training events, coaching and supplying engaging and compliant promotional and other clinical material
- Attend and actively contribute to sales conferences
- React quickly to product related queries from internal and external sources and encourage the sales team to feedback information that will benefit the product portfolio
- Develop a spirit of team work and shared purpose with internal colleagues to ensure the most effective promotion of the product portfolio
Requirements:
- Must be Medical Doctor or Pharmacist
- 3 years experiences as Product Manager of ETC products
- Proven successful track records in marketing
- Knowledge and experience of the marketing planning process
- Experienced in developing strategic and tactical marketing plans and building relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Experience in managing projects through the full life cycle
- Experience of developing key opinion leader advocacy
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry

- Talent development & Succession Management
- Coordinate implementation of regional processes to identify and develop key talent encompassing high performers and high potentials at regional & local levels

Responsibilities:
- Working with hospital decision maker, chief of pharmacy / equipment department, and key opinion surgeons for listing of surgical products into the medical device list of hospital.
- Preparing and applying tender dossiers and following-up the tender result.
- Working closely with hospital and health care re-imbursement body to establish the level of re-imbursement
- Working with sales / marketing team to establish new phaco centers including supports on equipment supply and surgeon training.
- Developing the relationship with hospital management team
- Managing the territory and hospitals nationwide, building up the network with hospital medical device management and local / national health care policy maker, and updating hospital tender schedules and reimbursement guidance
