Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the plant meets all requirements and that the facility is in an audit ready mode, no QEO3SH issues
• Manage the asset care Team, troubleshooting and preventive/corrective/ breakdown maintenance of plant equipment
• Make action plans to improve asset care ‘s KPIs
• Provide technical and supervisory assistance to assigned maintenance, engineering and operating personnel regarding equipment and facility repairs.
• Ensure the effective operation of all maintenance functions, to install and maintain equipment as appropriate
• Provide direction, training and a safe work environment to production and engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in mechanic/electrical engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG
• Strong in communication skills (both English & Vietnamese)
• Strong in Leadership, strategic thinking and analytical skills, problem solving and decision making
