Description

Report to: Sales & Marketing Director

Responsibilities:

  • Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments with Japanese clients in Vietnam.
  • Responsible for developing sales with Japanese clients in Vietnam by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services.
  • Closes sales with Japanese clients in Vietnam by overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
  • Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks (be the member of the Japanese Business Association in Vietnam); participating in professional organizations.
  • Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients.
  • Key interface between the customer and all relevant department.

Requirements:

  • Japanese nationality
  • Background in sales or technical field
  • 05 year experience in sales, business development or key account management
  • Good prospecting, planning and presentation skills
  • Good people skills, building relationship, initiative and customer focus
  • Strong character, of good moral, self-motivated and results driven
  • High communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, willing to travel
