Report :   Risk management and Internal Audit Manager

Accountabilities :

• Conduct internal audit assignments on operation, compliance, finance areas through full audit procedures: 
• Assist line manager to define audit scope
• Preparing audit program
• Understanding process
• Conduct the audit field work
• To prepare audit report
• To perform follow-up audit
• Perform a critical review of current policies and procedures to ensure that they are relevant, effective and adequate to meet its objectives, corporate standard procedures/policies and business requirements.
• Follow-up for remediation action of Corporate Audit
• Responsible for executing and completing fraud audit, COBC case investigation
• To build up Mitigating control for role conflicts in SAP system
• Assist line manager to do some Risk Management Projects and ad-hoc assigned by Leadership Team

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in Internal Control/ Internal Audit in FMCG industry; experience in BIG 4 Firm is preferable
• Good knowledge and experience in consulting, risk management, auditing and internal control system.
• Good command in spoken and written English;
• Good communication, time management, presentation, teamwork
• Strong analytical mind, confidence, creative
• Being straightforward, transparent accountable

Qualification & Experience:

• Male, university graduate preferably in Mechantronics, Automation, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering discipline with 3 to 5 years experience in industrial equipments maintenance or related working experience. At least 05 years in technical service manager experience.
• Good leadership and soft skills e.g. communication, negotiation, problem solving, decision making, etc.
• Ability to work independently and confidently with team work spirit.
• Willing to travel within or outside Vietnam.
• Good command of spoken & written English.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing strategies sales plan to manage and grow the company aftermarket business such as spare parts, repair and services aiming towards market penetration and meeting customer’s satisfaction.
• Managing service department.
• Regularly reporting service activities to Country Manager.
• Training, directing and supervising service engineers.
• Finding potential customers, following up and taking care customers.
• Cooperating with other departments to solve complaints from customers
• Correlate customer technical and commercial requirements with Clearpack solutions and services to bring Clearpack's solution proposal to customers, and establish Clearpack as the premier solution provider.
• Build good rapport and relationship with key customer contacts such as maintenance, manufacturing and engineering personnel.
• Attend to site issues from existing installed base.
• Coordinate between agent, end user customers and Clearpack business units on all pre and post order matters such as technical, commercial and delivery.
• Provide market intelligence reports to the Country Manager.

Candidate requirement:

• Prior outside sales experience required, 3+ years. (in packaging or printing industry)
• Must have demonstrated an ability to learn and retain knowledge of engineering/technical products in order to provide

• Liase with existing customer base to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction translating into high levels of customer retention.
• Provide regular, timely monthly reports on business activity.
• Provide support and assistance where necessary to other members of the Sales Team, to ensure that the overall sales target is achieved.
• Perform on-site demonstrations of any technology when required.  Demonstrate a clear understanding of the range of products and a strong knowledge of competitor offerings.

• Design annual internal audit plan and bear responsibility for executing the internal audit plan
• Identify any risk related to management, business code of conduct, compliance and control that affect to the company's business. Report these issues to superiors and propose countermeasures for that issues
• Support and give advice to BOD and other Department managers to systemize and strengthen their management control and compliance to prevent risk
• Report to: Internal Audit Director

• At least 5 year working experience in internal audit or internal control
• 3 year experience in the equivalent position
• Good at English (communication and writing)
• Computer literacy
• Good background on related major (Accounting, Auditing, Foreign Trade, Business Administration,...)
• Sound knowledge on internal audit principles/methods
• Understanding in risk management and control system
• Analysis, details and creative thingking
• Good interpersonal and communication with others
• Cooperative mind and temwork spirit
