Description

 Desired Skills, Attributes and Experience

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience managing Sales in 5-star hotels
  • Pre-opening experience within Vietnam is essential
  • Ability to determine local strategy and objectives for the hotel consistent with the market positioning and integrity of the brand
  • Strong relationships with key local agents, DMCs, media and corporate entities
  • Collaborative spirit, energetic, positive and creative
  • A sense of integrity, personal conviction, passion and compassion – and the ability to consistently convey these as a leader
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively
  • Fluent English and Vietnamese ( both written and spoken)

Description

Report to: Retail Director

Responsibilities:

  • Directly responsibilities for sales and profit performance in assigned store
  • Responsible for achieving shrinkage goals and for the astablishment and implementation of both new and existing loss prevention procedure
  • Work with RD to establish and achieve sales and margin goal and monitor performance
  • Achieve or exceed agreed upon annual sales volume objectives. Work with RD to formulate action plan that maximize strategic business opportunities and drive sales
  • Work with merchandise team to identify items and merchandise classification or high sales and profit potential. Partner with creative presentation team in regard to merchandise presentation
  • Identify potential improvements in store operations and merchandise flow to maximize the department's performance
  • Work with HR Dept , coach and mentor staff
  • Maintain a professional appearance consistent with established guideline
