Report to: Factory Manager
Working: Binh Duong
Key accountabilities:
- Set up internal standard for receiving RM, WM
- Set up internal standard for approving Semi-products, finished products, Products spec.
- Set up operating standard, quality standard for production
- Set up standard condition for production process
- Ensure all our products follow Vietnam regulation
- Ensure production process in proper condition
- Ensure products follow up VietNam food regulation
- Suitable checking system
- Make new products plan and new materials test
Requirements:
- University degree
- Polytechnic University, Chemical engineer, food processing industry (or similar major)
- Knowledge of chemical technology
- Knowledge about food processing industry

Job title: Maintenance Manager
Report to: Factory Manager
Working: Binh Duong
Key accountabilities:
- Make periodic inspection plan
- Make machine overhaul plan
- Manage fire equipments thanks to regulation requirements
- Make equipment management list => update frequently
- Improve machine, equipment.
- Control and improve utility cost
- Control safety and fire prevention equipment and have training plan for rescuer team
- Control spare-part (buy, usage, stock)
- Make spare-parts purchasing plan monthly
- Control spare-part replacement
Requirements:
- University degree
- Polytechnic University, Mechanical engineer (or similar major)
- Knowledge of mechanical technology

Description
Working: Binh Duong, Vietnam
Report to: Japanese FM General Director
Objective of Role:
- Have duty for the management of all production matters in factory ( Production, quality standards, inventory, safety matter, production cost...)
- Try to keep factory smooth operating based on Vietnam regulation
- Try to get factory target year by year
Key accountabilities:
Production:
- Control facility and equipment capacity to meet production plan
- Have manpower plan thanks to Sales forecast
- Manage man, machine and materials in efficiency
Quality products:
- Produce high quality products on time with consistent cost
- Improve current production process continously
- Apply new processes to upgrade quality
- Maintain a high quality level
Inventory and production cost:
- Control raw materials, Wrapping materials, WIP and finished goods inventory
- Make productivity improvement programs
- Control costs in factory side
Working environment:
- Ensure the unifyng information internal factory
- Hold meeting (Manager meeting, regular meeting...)
Requirements:
- 3 year at the same position (or similar position)
- Knowledge of manufacturing factory operating
- Knowledge about food processing industry
- Good at computer, comunication, manageable skills
- Able to speak English at intermediate level, Japanese is a advantage
