• port and import documentation.Checking ex
• Preparing data for logistic companies.
• Input information for preparation of purchase orders, invoices, credit notes and claims.
• Check invoices from suppliers.
• Follow-up orders with regular customers.
• Generate sales with existing customers.
• Customer account management.
• Locate new suppliers, obtaining company contact information, catalogues, product photos and product samples.
• Contacting suppliers for product and pricing information.
• Issuing purchase orders to suppliers and following-up on deliveries.
• Preparing information for export clearing agent.
• Able to communicate and understand  English
