Responsibilities:
- Support ZH
- Planning, managing and operating the business plan
- Coordinate with the Training Department to devise development plans as well as promote business in the assigned sales
- Support, training and supervision of BM / UM in how to manage a group of consultants in the most efficient way
- Follow up workshops, meetings and training courses for consultants, BM, UM in the region to provide necessary knowledge of business skills and life insurance to help them improve business results
- Coordinate with CS (Customer Service Department) to resolve disputes, inquiries from customers
- Approval for BM / UM received receipts / other personal papers to the class to ensure that the daily operations are well runned
- On-site training for employees or suggestions as needed
Requirement:
- Bachelor of Economics/BA/Marketing/Insurance
- 4 year experience in a supervisory role business manager, especially with experience in the field of life insurance business is an advantage
- Have extensive knowledge of life insurance and financial products
- Have knowledge of the principles of business management and marketing
- There are social skills and good leadership
- Have good analytical skills and the ability to grasp business problems quickly
- Communication skills as well as good presentation and training
- Good computer skills
- Deep closely with the results in the field of business, marketing and training

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development

Responsibilities:
- Planning, directing, or coordinating production activities of an organization to ensure compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures
