• Proactively join multifunctional team meeting and raise issues / solution on time
• Lead Digital plans (within assigned scope) to qualify concepts as needed.  Lead concept result analysis and share with the team

Requirements:

• 4 years experience in leading on digital industry
• Have experience in leading and influencing brand / business to come up with insightful business decision through relevant digital execution plan
• Good leadership, collaboration, self motivated and technical mastery
• Be able to conceptualize digital needs and lead agency to come up with strong Digital strategy & plan to meet Brand & business  needs
• Follow through and work with discipline to execute a mission / project on time with accuracy
• Able to lead peers and other members to achieve a common goal
• Good knowledge and experience with different types of consumers researches

Responsibilities:

• Talent development & Succession Management
• Coordinate implementation of regional processes to identify and develop key talent encompassing high performers and high potentials at regional & local levels
• Coordinate execution of succession management processes & activities according to regional processes

• Lead/ conduct training needs assessments focusing on leadership competencies and technical skills for whole Vietnam including Factory
• Design and develop outsourced & in house training / learning programs & activities / solutions effectively 
• Working with subject matter experts to create courses and where appropriate
• Develop post training applications & effectiveness evaluation processes & criteria to enhance return on investment and to promote learning organization environment
• Evaluate and/or oversee deliverable of contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer training programs, as required
• Manage, promote & manage employees’ awareness & engagement to enterprise e-learning approaches of Enterprise University 
• Maintaining and reporting of employee training & development metrics

• Plan, execute & manage regional implementation of performance management processes to ensure effective PM applications for all levels

Requirements:

• BA of Business Administration / HR or Training & Education
• Master degree will be an advantage

• Drive market share growth by providing technical support and new product information to distributors and customers
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the welding market in Vietnam and the requirements in the various industry segments so as to be able to plan and implement strategies to maximize our market share

Requirements:
