Responsibilities:
- Grow volume, revenue and share in the KA channel
- Setting objectives and tracking results
- Identify & Win New Business
- Managing AM/MTE/KAE to execute daily sales operation in assigned location
- Working closely with KAM of each location.
- Lead problem solving and address team issue
Requirements:
- University degree is required
- Good knowledge and understanding of Key Account Channels, FMCG preferred
- Good command of Negotiation skills, Customer Management, Finance Knowledge (TSE, Revenue Management), Marketing skills, Analytical & Planning skills.

Brand Manager (Cosmetic & Fragrances)

OBJECTIVE:
Achievement and accountability for brand targets – up to the marketing contribution level.
Tracking of sales on monthly basis by brand. Key reports include: retail & wholesale sales analysis, by channel and contribution (%) by sku.
MARKETING:
Develop brand specific marketing calendar.
Conceptualize, plan and ensure timely implementation of launches, promotions and brand specific animations, consumer events.
Develop and provide marketing collaterals ,
Devise customer recruitment plans for each brand – eg. Workshops, promotional activities, etc.
Devise customer retention programs and CRM brand-specific activities to drive brand sales.
Accountability and tracking for the brands’ Advertising & Promotional Expenditure.
INVENTORY:
Accountability for brands’ inventory levels in order to maintain healthy inventory turnover ratio.
Stock forecasting on new and existing products (including GWPs).
PR:
Develop strong and good working relationship with the media journalists
Conceptualize, plan and implementation of PR launches.
Conceptualization and implementation of PR kits, releases etc.
Compilation and valorization of press coverage by brand – especially on key launches and animations.
REQUIRMENTS:
