In charge of lead generation, promotion, business intelligence, customer relations, branding and corporate communication activities for our business in Vietnam

Requires close collaboration with international and field marketers, regional business streams and country management to ensure the Company’s business objectives are meet.

Be expected to support the establishment of relationships with local governmental and international organizations and business associations of interest by participating in meeting, seminars, events and others

Plan and control budget for company-wide marketing and communications activities
-
Provide training / training opportunities to team members.
Job Requirements:
-
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or equivalent work experience;

Knowledge of TIC business will be advantageous;

Ability to develop marketing strategy to and implement in specific Marketing programs;
-
Experience in marketing activities in a service organization, including establishment of customer communication channels, publicity, advertising, website, fairs and other promotional events. Knowledge of digital marketing preferred;

Strong experience in communicating effectively with media, business partners and senior management;

Good command of spoken and written English;

High problem solving skills, analytical/ observation skills;

Experience in project management and ability to meet deadlines;

Expertise in using emails, internet searching and Microsoft Office.

- Build up the regulation, procedure and guideline for property and facility operations;
- Plan and control budget for building operation to ensure the efficiency;

Digital Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and encourage the cooperation between digital marketers and corporate marketing shares services to ensure optimal implementation of CRM (Customer Relations Management), DMP (Data Management Platform) and social media programs complementing the Company key online business campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure Account receivable is accurate and enough documents (meet requirements of laws, tax, risk management). Control AR ending balance by open items.
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
