Responsibilities:
- Develop healthy lung initiative to deliver company respiratory vision of Shaping the market and Positioning .
- Trusted partner to government and health care community by working in partnership with Vietnam health care system
- Stakeholders to ensure patient access to better healthcare by improving early diagnosis, appropriate treatment and management of Asthma
- Provide input and feedback on campaign implementation
- Work with regional team to ensure initiative implementation successfully Responsible for project and program performance and development.
- Responsible for the management of budget and A&P spend
- Works with Field Force and medical to develop key stakeholders & KOLs through scientific programs and engagement;
- Provide input on competition, customers, pricing and value story to market access team;
- Works with analysts to analyze market data and identify key segment drivers, growth opportunities and business threats;
- Participates in development of training for field force on brand information
- Adherence to the global policy for external interaction, code of conduct and industry code of marketing practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree; Pharmaceutical/medical back ground
- Experience in MNC pharmaceutical marketing for ethical product, (respiratory is preferred) with good track record of effective implementation of plan and campaign;
- Excellent operational skills and ability to think strategically

Responsiblility :
- Daily managing and supervising farm personnel on Broiler Contract Growing in Three (3) different stages:
- +Feed formulation based on our animal requirements and availability of feed ingredients;
- +Animal production scheme based on the arrival of breeder stocks;
- +Analysis of production schemes, trends and parameters.
- Supervising farm personnel in the implementation of farm operation programs.

Objective : Oversee the Farm Operation both the hard & soft infrastructure .
Responsiblility :

- Handle in the breeding, vaccination, diagnosis of animal diseases to many management activities such as human resource management, financial management, planning and reporting.

Sope of Work:
- The primary role of the Marketing Communication Director to lead the 02 countries Business of Field Marketing with extending the company measured awareness.
- Delivering strategically sound and tactically superior “self-correcting” communications to targeted markets using all available and appropriate media.
- Being supposed to continuously integrate, implement and enrich global marketing processes across all company businesses and local markets.
- Developing, implementing, measuring and improving country campaigns targeted at key decision makers, influencers and partners in order to contribute to the company’s commercial objectives.
- Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up company’s business strategy in order to ensure company’s long-term viability, profitability and market share.

Requirements:
- University Degree in Business school (or other similar Marketing Education)

- Understanding of multi –culture markets with various business models
- Customer insights/Lead management/ KPIs oriented.
- Interested in technical products and solutions.
