Main job purpose:

You will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing team by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning, communicate the marketing plans to those involved and build awareness and positioning to MML;s brands. You will also be working closely with our sales department to develop a pricing strategy that will help us maximize profits and market share.

Key accountabilities:

• Manage and build your own marketing team
• Evaluating and developing marketing strategy for new product
• Working with other department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction
• Identifying potential customers
• Understanding & developing budgets and finance  including expenditures, R&D appropriations, return on investment and P&L projection

Education /Experience:

• Education - ideally Master degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or related field
• At least 15-20 years experiences and  at least 5 years management experience in the same level
• High competency in project and stakeholder management
• Experiences in running marketing campaign
• Excellent interpersonal , details, professional and proactive work ethic
• Experiences with digital marketing

Requirement

• Solid experience in front-end development: HTML/CSS; Javascript client such as Jquery, Local Storage; ReactJS; Redux, Redux-observable
• Hand-on experience with PHP: Laravel framework, PHPUnit, PHP-CS-Fixer
• Experience in with Jest to write E2E test code is a plus
• Good at using Linux, MySQL and Git
• Good problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills
• Can proactively learn and gain necessary skills for existing or future project
• Reading and writing in English fluently
• Reading and writing in Japanese is big plus

Requirement

• Strong knowledge of PHP, CakePHP, FuelPHP, Codeigniter, etc
• Good at using Linux, MySQL and Git
• Good problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills
• Willing and can learn new technical fast
• Experience creating design document like class/sequence diagram/ERD, etc…
• Can build or understand the development environment

Better to have

• Experience and good at HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery is a plus
• Reading and writing in Japanese is a big plus
• Having Go, Java, NodeJS knowledge is a big plus
