Job title: HR-Admin trainee
Location: Dist.1, HCM
You will have a chance to be trained and get experience to know how to start an administration staff.
Admin trainee responsibilities include providing administrative support to HR/Admin team.
The admin job scope includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
- Maintain contract lists and A&A POP
- Follow memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Support to the preparation of regularly schedules such as: CSR activities, internal events
- Follow up Mail in – mail out
- Support to order office supplies
- Provide general support to visitors
- Support to other activities of HR-Admin team
Job Requirement
- Last year student/new-graduated candidates who are willing to do admin tasks and good at communication.
- Open mind, positive thinking
- Careful and Detail-oriented person
- Good English in speaking and writing
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Available to work at least 3 months (Full time).

- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects and manage results
- Strong marketing and/or communications experience with the ability to plan and implement a strategic, integrated marketing approach
- Very strong organization skills/attention to detail , Excellent project management skills
