Responsibilities

• Drive a business strategy plan to expand the Pouch market share and achieve the sales target set for the Pouch business.
• Work closely with production and supply chain management, sales support to fulfill the client orders.
• Negotiation on tender, contract terms, and conditions, and preparation of Sales contract. And a collection of bills.
• Visit and meet prospective customers in assigned to increase the sales volume and provide required solutions services for order placements.
• Prepare sales report, analyzing cost and sales, quotations and maintaining and creating new client accounts
• Prepare demonstration and technical presentations to customer solutions.
• Being in charge of Marketing: Attending trade shows, conferences, marketing, and other events

 Job Requirement

• Degree in Bachelor of Business or relevant.
• Have experience in selling Flexible Packaging and Printing products and solutions will be advantageous
• Strong team player who is self-motivated and customer-oriented
• Work independently, process good communication and strong presentation skills
• Understanding of financial metrics including margin, revenue, overhead costs, Profit and Loss, and Project Financials
• Excellent communications/human relations skills (written, verbal, client service) in English and Vietnamese.
