Description
We are now looking for a trainee for 3 to 4 months to help for the following tasks:
- Analyze some selected product categories in MT channel
- (observe in store shelf size and planogram and shopper behavior+ point of communication material trough out top 3 big retailers
- Prepare an analysis of customer brand in store merchandising, communication and activation strategy : perceived objectives, strengths and weaknesses
- Help to prepare an approach where OMG ervices can help some selected brands to develop an efficient in store communication strategy and action plan Profile
- Quick to learn and understand brand in store communication
- Self leaner
- Strategic and practical thinking
- Likes to observe and able to analyze + understand in store brand communication approach and execution
- Action oriented
- Good English (listening, speaking, writing and reading)
- Will report directly to Manager director (foreigner)

Responsibilities and duties
- Technical Support customers in applying Company products.
- Understanding customer complaints, provide training to customers and distributors and manage trials in customer facilities to demonstrate product benefits.
- Manages and grows business with assigned accounts.
- Closes deals and supports the deployment team until customer acceptance.
- Establishes and maintains strong and trusted relationships with customers and partners.
Key requirements
- Chemical degree is a must
- Printing/ Ink expereriences in preferable
- 05 years in the same position
- Open for expatriate
