Qualification & Experience:

1.    Male, university graduate preferably in Mechantronics, Automation, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering discipline.

2.    Be able to read and understand the electrical diagrams, PLC system(s), and have experience in automation control system.

3.    Be experience in handling mechanical issues of machines. Understanding mechanical components, devices and drawings.

4.    Good Command of English, be able to understand technical documents.

5.    At least 1 year of experience

6.    Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

7.    Good computer skills (Ms. Office, Autocad, ..).

8.    Be able to work independently, ready to travel to provinces or foreign countries.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. To perform field support activities (Installation, Inspection, Adjustment, Hand-over) for different kinds of packaging and/or filling machines (flexible packaging machines, flexible or rigid filling machines, shrinking machines), inspection systems (metal detectors, Xrays, check-weighers, level detectors..), conveyors and end of line machines to customers.
2. To conduct on-site trainings for customer’s staffs.
3. To plan maintenance schedule, spare parts/equipments inventory and/or procurement.
4. To support customers in terms of preventive maintenance service after installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and minimizing machinery problems; conduct on-site training and give on-site service support and cooperate with customers for pending issues.
5. Support sales persons in translating documents to Vietnamese and vice versa.
6. Supporting with sales team and other members of the company.
7. Make regular visit schedule to customers.
8. Make service reports and spare parts reports.
9. Take part in Exhibitions and Seminars and other mass marketing, promotion programs.
