Reports Functionally To: PSB Marketing Manager            

JOB SCOPE

Development & Implement local product launch strategy, deliver sales related product trainings for PSB.

Cooperate with regional product marketing & Opcos Marketing in the new product launch plan and activity to ensure the company's target achievement

SPECIFIC DUTIES

• 1.      To develop and implement Production Solution Business( PSB)  strategy:  to drive PSB business and achieve field plan
• To be able to work under pressure to provide best support to sales and customers Manage PSB Product Marketing job include 4P( Product- Price- Promotion- Place)
• PSB Product Life Cycle management: Manage product launch and termination
• Product training- PSB Sales can understand feature and benefit of FXV PSB products
• Develop, communicate and execute marketing plan
• Understand market dynamics and trends to respond in a way which maximizes FXV opportunities- to increase FXV PSB market share
• Pricing strategies that align with business objectives: to achieve establish profitability PSB business
• Other duties as assigned by direct manager

POSITION HOLDER REQUIREMENT

• University Graduation in Marketing or relevant
• At least 2 years experience as product marketing/business planning
• Have experience in quick print industry is an advantage in the field of marketing, prefer in similar industry.
• Good English communication (written & verbal)
• Excellent presentation skill & MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, presentation ability and high persuasive competency.
• Target-oriented and capable to work under high pressure
• Proactive, keen to learn and sale oriented
• Team player
• Attention to details
• Have strategic and creative thinking.
• Capacity to work to the agreed timeframes
• Capacity to work with minimum supervision
• Occasional domestic travel will be necessary.
