• Develop and improve manufacturing line architect to increase manufacturing efficiency

• To be responsible for the Environment and Safety of Manufacturing Department
• Full No safety issue and 100% participation in monthly 6S tour
• To Drive Production Realization according the daily, Weekly, Monthly plans
• To Ensure Quality and Productivity during production realization is compliance to defect rate
• Full – KE : Scrap Cost
• To maintain and ensure the compliance of all SPS requirement wit
• Right Discipline in production
• Full - SPS Score
• To encourage and Drive the culture of Continuous Improvement through Kaizen, Six Sigma Projects...
• Full - # of projects : Manufacturing Management : production/ operation/ planning/ shopfloor

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate from University (Technical major is preferred)
• Job Related Experience: At least 5 years practical experience in manufacturing field. Prior experience as a Production Manager desired.
• Business Understanding: Industrial and Manufacturing and Supply Chain & Quality System Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Understanding LEAN/ Six Sigma is an advantage
• Lead with Agility/ Focus on Customer /Achieve Sustainable Results
