Desired Skills, Attributes and Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience managing HR in 5-star hotels
- Pre-opening experience within Vietnam is essential
- Thorough knowledge of HCMC local labor laws, regulations and standards
- Ability to establish and maintain excellent Host relations and morale to achieve a high standard of performance in line with the hotel’s guest satisfaction objectives and strategic plans.
- Create and maintain a hotel culture that provides the environment required to achieve our visions.
- Collaborative spirit, energetic, positive and creative
- A sense of integrity, personal conviction, passion and compassion – and the ability to consistently convey these as a leader
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively
- Fluent English and Vietnamese ( both written and spoken)
