Position Title: Field Service Engineer

Function/Department: Field Service Department

Reports to (position title): Field Service Supervisor/ Operation Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• University degrees – Electrical Engineer

Working Experience:

• 1-3 years working in Electrical Distribution, Automation, UPS or Cooling

Business Understanding:

• Technical knowledge Energy Efficiency and Automation, UPS or Cooling
• Communication pro-actively with customer, TC, customer care dept and sale team

Others:

• Good English in reading, writing, speaking
• Good computer skill, especially in drawing (CAD)
• Customer satisfaction oriented (responsive, value added,..)
• Project Management skills
• Teamwork building
