This position is responsible for building and maintaining our portfolio of Process Automation business in Metals and other key industries by establishing a close and trustful relationship with key customer accounts. Main job accountabilities are, but not limited

Responsibilities and duties

• Ensure achievement of business targets for PA in Metals industry and the customers located in the South of Vietnam.
• Carry out market study to keep updated on the business of Metals and other industries in Vietnam;
• Analyze and observe market trends to find out business opportunities including new project investment and service required for existing customers’ install-base;
• Develop and maintain contacts with key customers in Metals and other industries in Vietnam;
• Take responsibility for acquisition of orders for projects and service, including prequalification, and tender/offer preparation;
• Provide appropriate proposals for solutions and services to meet customer requirements, being in-lined with ABB guidelines;
• Take responsibility for technical and commercial negotiation with customers and partners in collaboration with engineering team.

Key requirements

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering/ Automation;
• At least 5 years’ experience;
• Good understanding business of Metals and other industries in Vietnam;
• Knowledge of Metals and\or other industries’ processes
• Experience in working with international companies with different reporting lines.
• Dynamic, strategic with good business acumen;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Proactive and assertive individual with well-developed leadership qualities;
• Good command of English.
