Position : CS cum Property Senior Manager

Salary: $3,000 - $3,500 + good benefit or negotiate

Report : Managing Director

Working : Ho Chi Minh city

Manages all customer relationship in company.

Build a healthy relationship the stage of signing contract, handover, and living at the project.

Job Scope(s):

• Build up the regulation, procedure and guideline for CS and Property operations.
• Plan and control budget for building operation to ensure the efficiency.
• Lead& supervise Building Managers to run the buildings, etc.
• Provide direction and clear solution for customer’s enquiries and complains.
• Manage the maintenance, repair building and all of the equipped assets and facilities.
• Conduct meeting with contractors to follow and resolve all the damages and incidents during guarantee period.
• Receive and resolve residents’ matters.
• In charge of selection and training management – operation team.
• Prepare reports in monthly/quarterly in financial management of operation building;
• Make transaction with local government and other related parties;
• Other will be discussed during interview.

Skill Requirement(s):

• Possess certification of building management
• Good communication in English
• Have at least 5 year experience as the same position in apartment building
• Skill of problemsolving, communication, time management
• Well organized, can work independently or teamwork
• Working overtime when needed.
