Position: Chief Finance Officer ( CFO)

Salary: $10,000 - $15,000 + good benefit or negotiate

Report : Group CFO

Working location : Ho Chi Minh city

Summary Accountabilities:

• Is a key member of Management Reporting executive team
• Has joint responsibility for the overall Management Report business (from strategy building to flawless execution).
• Will provide leadership and direction to the whole Business Support Services team
• Ensure accurate resources allocation, timely & accurately data and reporting, forecasting, planning, budgeting, accounting and analysis in support of decision making.
• Must also ensure the company meets all regulatory and jurisdictional reporting and tax regulations.

Requirements:

• Tertiary level Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance or Accounting combined with an accounting designation (CA/CPA).
• Experience: Solid Finance & Accounting knowledge and working experience:
• At least 10 years of experience in mining or industrial.
• Experience in turning around operations and launching cost management initiatives.
• Proven track record in Cost Efficiency with proper evaluation of cost structures;
• and must be able to build out the company's analytics tools to evaluate the organization's performance
