Accountabilities:

• To be responsible for the upper and tooling engineering coordination of new footwear products working with the developer from receipt of tech package and for the bulk sample review stage through commercialization and into production.
• Maintains connectivity with the product through the initial production phase and initiates the QC standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a technical, engineering, or industrial design field.
• Experience in a footwear engineering discipline or product creation with a global brand
• Some understanding of the principles of pattern engineering, costing, quality implications, model making, part drawings, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated skill in problem solving and results orientation.
• A good ability to use the computer, making reports and emails writings
• Good analytical skill
• Pro-active, a problem solver and self-initiative
• Hard working, willingness to learn, improve and honest
• High attention to detail
• Willing to travel for business requirement and ability to relocate to other provinces as business requirements (Quảng Ninh, Hưng Yên, Ninh Bình, Nam Định etc…)
