Working: HCM

• Following up, implementing and make report.
• Handle issues occurs / take care customers.
• Find and expand the new customers
• Studying and proposing AP for the work in charge
• Making IIP to implement the appoved AP
• Evaluate, review & improve continuously the process, procedure to increase productivity.

• Systemize the operation procedure both internal and external.

• Improve the quality of implementing SP model by improving WTB/ IT system with BSCAP/ IT

• Study the supporting devices/tools suitable for WTB/ IT to increase work productivity.

Requirements.

• Planning, training, time manage
• Logical, analysis, problem solving, customer orientated.
• Communication and reporting with proficient MS office
• English
