Position: Accounting Manager

Salary : $2,000- $4,000, Excellent benefit and allowances

Report : Head of Finance

Working : District 1, HCMC

Requirement:

• FMCG or Trading company, strong knowledge in accounting and tax, IFRS Report.
• Experience manage a big team (around 10 peoples), refer male candidates
• At least 5 years in Manager level

BRIEF JD:

1/ REPORTING/ASSIGNMENTS

• Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and post journal entries.
• Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to general manager.
• Perform financial analysis, expenses movement and reporting to management as needed.
• Responsible for timely monthly review financial statements, AP-AR aging, payments, cash-flow management reporting to general manager & board of management.

2/ PLANNING

• Support to make budget, control budget and propose to reduce & cut cost.
• Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures to adapt business growth.

3/ RISK MANAGEMENT

• Manage auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
• Management of warehouse accounting.

4/ NTERNAL AUDIT / EXTERNAL AUDIT / TAX AUDIT

5/ PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

6/  Lead accounting team
