Job title: Researcher

Working location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh city

Reporting to: Recruitment Team Leader

Division: Executive Search

Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing

• Post jobs on job portals, social networks to collect candidate CVs and build up high quailed talent pool.
• Help Recruitment Consultants to search for candidates’ profile and prescreen candidates via email and phone.
• Present list of names and contact details for Recruitment Consultant to follow up.
• Join interview and discuss with Recruitment Consultant the candidate’s qualifications.

2. Marketing

• Conduct email marketing campaigns to candidates and employers.
• Support marketing team to conduct research to gather information for recruitment survey topics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any majors are welcome to apply.
• Minimum Bachelor of Degree
• Fresh graduate, supporting or customer service/digital marketing role.
• Right attitude: willing to learn, teamwork mindset, drive to excel, initiative taker.
• Computer literate including MS Office.
• Excellent in communications – able to express ideas effectively in individual and in group context, both in Vietnamese and English languages.
