Job title: National Sales Manager

Salary: $4,000 - $6,000 or Negotiate + good benefit

Key Responsibilities

• Coaches the field sales team to select and prioritize appropriate customer targets and develop robust,  ffective and efficient ter ritory coverage call plans. 
• Constructs tailored coaching development plans that build the capabilities and the effectiveness of the field  ales team, leads all appropriate performance management discussions and actively participates in the recruitment of m edical representatives
• Ensures implementation of multi channel business (Tender & Self paid business) p lans, using KPIs to track performance and supports the field sales team, through coaching to adjust plans (where required)
• Develops collaborative external and internal relationships that enhance the customer journey, channels ustomer feedback into the organization and builds the field sales teams capability to do the same through coaching.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor or above, major in pharmacy or medical related field
• Aggressive, intelligent, responsible, independent and outgoing
• Fluent in written, spoken English and Vietnamese,
