Responsibilities:

• To plan resources then execute the production planning
• To deploy specific requirements from Production System in order to become a world-class workshop.
• To be responsible for main KPIs: Industrial Efficiency, Direct Labor Productivity, Net Equipment Efficiency and Staff Utilization Rate.
• To ensure an effective Daily Short Interval Management
• To ensure an effective Suggestion System by encouraging operators to provide suggestion, making sure their suggestion are taken into consideration immediately and providing the deadline to operators).
• To ensure an effective 5S program
• To put in place a multi-skills system in the entire Production department (all level: operators, line-leader, supervisor).
• To propose then implement some quick-win related to Safety, Quality with involvement of Method and Quality departments.
• To build competency in Production supervision team in order to maintain and contribute to the improvement of the Production System.
• To be responsible for the Environment and Safety of Production Department

Requirements:

• Understand manufacturing operations (Production/ Method Engineering/ Maintenance)
• Have at least 7-10 years in manufacturing field in similar industry
• Have Lean/ Six Sigma
• Experience to manage a big team
• Good English, strong communication, drive for results
