Responsibilities:

• To support Business growth.
• To provide technical & commercial support to sale teams.
• To provide flexible solutions for projects.
• To build relationship with our customers.
• To influence and develop opportunities.
• To build competency in Tendering for Vietnam.
• Provide pricing & Solution specification as requested from Sale Teams for any products/equipments/projects.
• Increase our hit rate.
• Improve our respond time for quotation request.
• For average size and complexity offers, lead the bid invest decision, prepare the proposal & offers, lead risk assessment before submitting offers.
• Work with back office within the region to design solutions for projects.
• For average size and complexity offers lead commercial & technical impact evaluation during negotiation
• Provides assistance to execution team in the execution of larger projects.
• Close the deal in partnership with the opportunity leader.

Requirements:

• University degrees – Electrical Engineer
• 2 to 4 years of work experience in tendering
• Knowledge of Electrical Distribution & Automation equipment. Knowledge of equipment is a plus. Knowledge of contract documents and ability to clearly understand bid documents, contracts, specifications and drawings
• Basic knowledge and experience in energy management, power distribution, monitoring and control/automation industry (metering, transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, PLCs, drives).
