Responsibilities:

• Manage development of profitable Industry Business in Vietnam
• Drive a P&L
• Directly responsibility for the formulation of Industry business strategy for Vietnam
• Lead and manage the people, growing talent to ensure we have the appropriate competencies and expertise to meet current and future business goals and priorities
• Ensure customer intimacy with relevant customers
• Working closely with other BUs to secure the project with full solution available within company for utilities projects
• Take and maintain a leadership position in the relevant product / solutions / Services areas
• Participating in all relevant project teams, steering committees etc
• Active member of Industry  Business VP community, Team player & team spirit

Requirements:

• University degrees in Business
• 10+ years experience in relevant industry
• Commercial / Marketing  profile with excellent understanding of markets, customers and channels
• Demonstrates strong personal leadership in line with our values 
• People and talent management experience
• Strong Negotiation skills
• Ability to influence and convince
• Effective at building networks, internally and externally
• P&L basic
