Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and preparing reports including accounting & auditing standard and group accounting reports.
• Being responsible for financial accounting data accuracy and integrity, and all accounting entries/ transaction as auditing and accounting standards of VAS and group policy through month end accounting transactions and reconciliation and periodical checking.
• Being responsible for accounting data back up and filing.
• Managing GL of the company for both statutory and group reporting.
• Being responsible for the integrated Balance Sheet.
• Being responsible for managing corporate Fixed assets.
• Support FC in managing internal and external parties including relevant accounting transactions JV partner, banks, and customers in terms of credit.
• Dealing with SWA’s regional office, UK office other related parties for intercompany transactions.
• Closely work and support Internal control manager in dealing with external and internal auditors.
• Being champion for TM1 transactions by being responsible for all TM1 input entries for monthly actual report and back-up role for Business analysis manager for forecasting & budgeting TM1 entries.
• Managing account receivables, payables, and loans as champion of working capital management.
• Being responsible for Cash and Treasury management by providing Finance Controller timely cash plan and treasury suggestion to ensure the company’s healthy cash flow.
• Supporting FC in managing the Contract management process via participating in tendering process, offering financial review on Candidates’ profiles and cost modelling and actively joining the contract performance reviews for office utilities and other corporate spending contracts.
• Managing the team of 3 staffs by setting and appraising related KPIs and performances, supervising daily operation works, and providing training and coaching for staffs’ qualification.

Requirements:

• B.A, major in accounting and financing
• ERP system, accounting and auditing, taxation
• More than 8 years working experiences in accounting and financing fields or auditing, or business management.
• Fluently with ERP systems, especially SUN.
• Strong analytical skills. Detail oriented and ability to work and interpret figures and other financial information.
• Ability to address issues and effect change.
• Ability to demonstrate a professional and objective perspective at all times
