Responsibilities:

• Administration of technical service group of HN group
• Executing systematical season follow up with dealer
• When trouble occurs, the technical assistance against dealer
• Support dealer: W.A.R document and submit process
• W.A.R judgment
• Testing new product, parts follow up
• Renovate of dealer's service activity
• Environmental reform of workshop
• Enhancement service equipment
• Free maintenance process
• W.A.R process
• Technical & QA report summary
• Mechanical basic knowledge / Handling service special tool / measurement equipment
• Product knowledge
• Repairing technique / Troubleshooting / Preventing trouble
• Service system (ADMS / Service policy and W.A.R policy)
• Training at customer / Field force (supporting dealer)

Requirements:

• At least 5 year of working experience in after sales service and 2 years team leader or assistance manager position of service section
• Good at communication in English and Vietnamese
• Good at skill of computer
• Experience in after sales dervice teamleader or assistance manager of automobile manufacture - service section is advantage
