Report to: Country Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement national sales strategies for increasing sales and profits through national customers
• Provide inputs to ensure that the sales organization is aligned with major strategic decisions and direction from CM
• Be able to monitor and analyze current markets / sales trend and competitor activities / threats to products
• Build strong relationship with Marketing in order to run smooth marketing plans to support all sales teams
• Flawlessly execute sales tactical and launch plan to meet/exceed forecasts
• Demonstrate strong and clear leadership through consistent communication and direct in-field time working closely with the BUMs and their sales teams to achieve the sales objectives
• Coach and mentor field management on efficient sales and communication techniques, identify and maximize talents and provide growth opportunities, reward and development where appropriate

Requirements:

• BS/BA required, MBA or related advanced degree desired
• 08 years in pharmaceutical sales and management
• Proven leadership and direction of large pharmaceutical national sales team
• Well-developed sense of sales force strategy and team building experience
• Leadership with a vision and ethical value set
• Proven ability to influence and inspire team performance
• Budget oversight
• Ability to effectively interface with both internal and external customers
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills required
• Travel Required.
