Report: Country Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and achieve sellout targets
• Improve ranking and increase market share for Benefit
• Ensure high standard of customer service consistent with brand image, covering areas on grooming, techniques, shopfloor staff coverage
• Responsible for overall counter merchandising standard, though very strict monitoring on visual merchandising and housekeeping
• Manage the sales team in recruiting, motivating and developing
• Plan and implement activities of new campaigns with maximum results
• Marketing
• Inventory Mangement
• Monthly sales report with qualitative analysis on these key points:
• Axes / Distribution / Franchise / Activities / Novelties / Key indicators such as number of transactions, AUS, average units per transactions, average number of axes per transaction / Competitors
• Conduct competitors study and update market situation regularly on areas such as retail pricing, animation activities, media investment, distribution, new brands entry, sales performance
• Submit ad-hoc reports to brand when requested 

Requirement:
