Responsibilities:

• Analyze the products’ markets and performance (Group and competitor products)
• Provide head office with information on the specificities of the manager’s market for the purposes of international intelligence on competition
• Prepare and implement the launch/development plan, catalogue / portfolio actions and the promotional plan
• Prepare the local marketing plan by channel in collaboration with the other departments 
• Propose and deploy the marketing and training tools that are required to achieve objectives
• Ensure sales objectives are achieved in accordance with the budget
• Present the product ranges and promotional campaigns to the relevant networks

Requirements:

• Master’s level (5 years of post-secondary education: scientific but demo-cosmetic knowledge or pharmaceutical or medical background is an advantage)
• In marketing and product communication
• OTC  experiences is preferable
