• Develop a business strategy and a plan to execute it
• Ensure the Promotional Calendar is planned
• Work with Sales and Administrative Executive to ensure stock levels are accurate and that top 50 skus are always in stock
• Results: sets productivity goals and measures individuals and team success according to the goal(s)

Requirement:

• University degree or equivalent
• 5-6 years retail experience
• Minimum 3 years management experience
• Cosmetics experience preferred
• Proven sales and service track record
• Fluent English and Mandarin
• Proficient at reading and analyzing numbers
• Interpersonal skills in customer service
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Flexibility regarding work hours
