Responsibilities:

• Support specialist dealers
• Be capable of assessing and selecting specialist dealers with the appropriate level of experience in A/C industry
• Recommend design changes for market suitability
• Develop and reinforce A/C business in both residential and commercial channels
• Be responsible for demand planning of commercial air conditioners and related products
• Provide specialist product knowledge for the air conditioner product range to the sales team regarding product presentation and dealer training

Requirement:

• 5 - 10 years experience in Electronics and Air Conditioning 
• PC literate
• Strong communication / excellent phone manner
• Experienced in training other technical staff
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Experience with SAP (desirable)
• Ability to decipher, download, manage and distribute technical information from international websites is also essential
