Responsibilities:

• Working with hospital decision maker, chief of pharmacy / equipment department, and key opinion surgeons for listing of surgical products into the medical device list of hospital.
• Preparing and applying tender dossiers and following-up the tender result.
• Working closely with hospital and health care re-imbursement body to establish the level of re-imbursement
• Working with sales / marketing team to establish new phaco centers including supports on equipment supply and surgeon training.
• Developing the relationship with hospital management team
• Managing the territory and hospitals nationwide, building up the network with hospital medical device management and local / national health care policy maker, and updating hospital tender schedules and reimbursement guidance
• Developing the PR activity to strengthen the relationship with surgeons, hospitals, and local health authorities
• Working closely with Surgical Sales Team and Product Manager, direct report to BUM

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in science
• 2 years of experience in sales in the healthcare / medical devices / diagnostic industry, preferably ophthalmic industry
• General business understanding. 
• Experience in hospital tender listing and re-imbursement
