Report to: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Is responsible for the management of our client's product - although this portfolio is subject to change depending on the needs of the business
• Define the market by obtaining a clear understanding of environmental factors and key stakeholder requirements
• To be continuously alert for any changes to these requirements, using IT based reporting methods, interpersonal networks and other sources of market intelligence
• To develop, deliver and monitor the product strategy and KPI's
• Be involved in the creation of clinical research projects along with medical and regulatory team colleagues Maintain contact through the trial and action outputs in support of the product strategy
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a high degree of product knowledge which is regularly updated via training events, coaching and supplying engaging and compliant promotional and other clinical material
• Attend and actively contribute to sales conferences 
• React quickly to product related queries from internal and external sources and encourage the sales team to feedback information that will benefit the product portfolio
• Develop a spirit of team work and shared purpose with internal colleagues to ensure the most effective promotion of the product portfolio

Requirements:

• Must be Medical Doctor or Pharmacist
• 3 years experiences as Product Manager of ETC products
• Proven successful track records in marketing
• Knowledge and experience of the marketing planning process
• Experienced in developing strategic and tactical marketing plans and building relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
• Experience in managing projects through the full life cycle
• Experience of developing key opinion leader advocacy
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
