Responsibilities:

• Develop the long/medium range marketing plan and drive the implementation congruent with the Company's strategic
• Provide strategic counsel and expert guidance to the CEO and senior management
• Design and execute annual marketing plans and manage marketing budgets effectively
• Work closely with the Chief Actuary and the Product Development Committee
• Work closely with the company’s marketing counterparts to ensure alignment with the parent brand, marketing, and corporate communications strategies
• Develop and implement customer researches and customer marketing campaigns
• Functional Leadership
• Governance, Oversight and Risk Management

Requirement:

• Degree in BA, economics, finance, marketing, insurance
• 10 years experience in Marketing in the Insurance industry or other relevant fields; 3-4 years experience in managing marketing teams
• Applies expert knowledge of Insurance Industry and market trends
• Applies in-depth knowledge of Insurance products, distribution mechanisms and consumer behaviour
• Proven networking capabilities e.g. participating and contributing to industry associations and events
• Understanding the Vietnamese market dynamics and culture
